Mission Statement:
Our mission is to provide an excellent, Christ-centered education in an environment which enables students to find identity, meaning, purpose, and power to live out their lives as people of God in a complex, ever-changing society. Children are led by the Spirit of God to believe what is taught in our school. That teaching will remain through their lives!
Tuition Information:
In order to provide your child with an excellent Christ-centered education, it is necessary to charge tuition. The tuition monies pay for the following: the staff salaries and insurance; current technology, up-to-date curriculums, and safe, clean facilities. However, it is our desire that anyone who wants a Christian education should not be denied for financial reasons. Therefore, if you have an interest, but feel that it would be a financial hardship, please visit with us. We can discuss numbers and may have you apply for tuition assistance; scholarship money may be available for eligible families.
Members of Zion Lutheran and Holy Cross Lutheran Churches also receive substantial scholarships. For these reasons, the actual tuition a given family has to pay varies on a number of factors. There is a base price, but most families receive aid of some sort. We are also considering incentives to help lower the cost of tuition. 4) Download and submit the online application to CFA. CFA will send Zion a report and a suggestion for a scholarship to make tuition affordable for you! This is totally impartial and confidential! If you do not have internet capabilities, please stop by the office and they will print you a paper form.

Enrollment:
We believe that all children were created by God and should be treated accordingly. It is also our desire to teach all academia through the light of God’s Word. In a perfect world, there would be no tuition and our school could educate all who wished to enroll. Unfortunately, we live in an imperfect world which brings about unique situations that may make it difficult or impossible to educate every child. Zion Lutheran School will not turn away a child on basis of race, national origin, color, or sex.
Occasionally some classes reach a limit where no more students can be admitted. We try to keep a low student-teacher ratio to insure the best education possible. The early childhood classes fill up regularly and we are forced to turn away applicants. Please register as soon as possible to insure your child’s enrollment.
